
Hernia Sales Specialist – Western WA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Drive clinical and procedural excellence in managing hernia diseases to surpass market growth in the designated territory.
• Create strategic account plans and cultivate essential customer relationships.
• Implement robotic integration initiatives.
• Utilize sales, educational, and program initiatives to enhance procedural adoption and market conversion.
• Develop clinical and procedural expertise within the hernia portfolio.
• Design and execute targeted strategies to boost hernia market share.
• Apply the Fragment, Expand, & Standardize (FES) model to convert accounts.
• Strengthen collaborations with key stakeholders in hernia disease management.
• Engage with customers to enhance patient outcomes and procedural adoption.
• Lead the integration of robotic surgery into hernia procedures.
• Position the hernia portfolio as a critical solution for robotic-assisted surgery.
• Employ advanced selling tools, disease state education, and innovative solutions to generate new business.
• Execute market development programs, therapy awareness initiatives, Pace programs, training, and simulation labs.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Implement new product launches.
• Accurately forecast and manage opportunities.
• Travel to multiple accounts throughout the Western Washington region.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND a minimum of 6+ years of experience, OR an Associate’s Degree AND at least 4+ years of experience, OR a Bachelor’s Degree AND a minimum of 2+ years of experience.
• Relevant experience in sales, clinical fields, or related areas within medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Must reside or be willing to relocate within 50 miles of the territory.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is mandatory at the time of hire and throughout employment; sponsorship is not provided for positions below the Principal level.
• For degrees obtained outside the United States, a degree that meets the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is necessary.
