
Hernia Sales Specialist – Western WA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Drive clinical and procedural excellence in managing hernia diseases to ensure growth that surpasses market trends within the designated territory.
• Formulate strategic account plans and nurture essential customer relationships.
• Implement robotic integration initiatives.
• Utilize sales, educational, and program initiatives to boost procedural adoption and market conversion.
• Enhance clinical and procedural knowledge within the hernia portfolio.
• Develop and execute targeted strategies to augment hernia market share.
• Apply the Fragment, Expand, & Standardize (FES) model for account conversion.
• Strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders.
• Engage with customers to enhance patient outcomes and encourage procedural adoption.
• Lead the integration of robotic surgery into hernia procedures.
• Position the hernia portfolio as an optimal solution for robotic-assisted surgeries.
• Employ advanced selling tools, disease state education, and innovative solutions to generate new business.
• Launch market development programs, therapy awareness campaigns, Pace programs, training, and simulation labs.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Oversee new product launches.
• Effectively forecast and manage opportunities.
• Travel by car to various accounts across the Western Washington territory.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND a minimum of 6+ years of experience OR an Associate’s Degree AND at least 4+ years of experience OR a Bachelor’s Degree AND a minimum of 2+ years of experience.
• Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Must reside or be willing to relocate within 50 miles of the territory.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Proven experience in B2B sales with quota responsibilities is preferred.
• Familiarity with clinical settings and the ability to convey complex product information is preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships with both clinical and administrative decision-makers is preferred.
• Strategic business planning experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, forecasting, and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required at the time of hire and throughout employment for positions below the Principal level.
• For degrees obtained outside the United States, a degree compliant with 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
