This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Lead clinical and procedural excellence in managing hernia disease to drive growth beyond market standards in the designated territory.
• Formulate strategic account plans while nurturing essential customer relationships.
• Implement robotic integration initiatives effectively.
• Utilize sales, educational, and program strategies to enhance procedural adoption and market conversion.
• Develop and execute focused strategies to boost hernia market share.
• Apply the Fragment, Expand, & Standardize (FES) model to convert client accounts.
• Strengthen collaborations with stakeholders in hernia disease management.
• Engage with customers to elevate patient outcomes and increase procedural adoption.
• Spearhead the integration of robotic surgery into hernia procedures.
• Position the hernia portfolio as a viable option for robotic-assisted surgery.
• Employ advanced sales tools, disease state education, and innovative solutions to foster new business opportunities.
• Launch market development programs, therapy awareness campaigns, Pace programs, training, and simulation labs.
• Meet or surpass sales quotas.
• Execute the launch of new products.
• Conduct forecasting and manage opportunities.
• Travel to various accounts across North Dallas and Northwest Arkansas.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND a minimum of 6+ years of field sales experience OR an Associate’s Degree AND at least 4+ years of field sales experience OR a Bachelor’s Degree AND a minimum of 2+ years of field sales experience.
• Willingness to travel over 50% of the time.
• Demonstrated success in sales, preferably within the medical device or healthcare sector.
• Strong comprehension of clinical environments with the ability to convey complex product information.
• Proven experience in cultivating and managing key customer relationships with both clinical and administrative decision-makers.
• Capacity to devise and implement strategic business plans that foster growth and enhance market share.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., SF.com), forecasting, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to function independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Must reside within the assigned territory.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is necessary at the time of hire and throughout the employment period.
• For degrees obtained outside the United States, a degree compliant with 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is mandatory.
