This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Lead the pursuit of clinical and procedural excellence in hernia disease management to achieve growth that surpasses the market average.
• Formulate strategic account plans and focused initiatives to boost hernia market share.
• Cultivate essential customer relationships to enhance patient outcomes and increase procedural adoption.
• Implement robotic integration strategies and spearhead the incorporation of robotic surgery into hernia procedures.
• Position the hernia portfolio as a vital solution for robotic-assisted surgical procedures.
• Leverage advanced selling tools, disease-state education, and innovative solutions to generate new business.
• Execute market development programs, therapy awareness campaigns, Pace initiatives, training, and simulation labs.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Facilitate the launch of new products.
• Effectively manage forecasting and sales opportunities.
• Drive sales efforts across North Dallas and Northwest Arkansas.
• Travel to various accounts within the assigned territory.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) with a minimum of 6 years of field sales experience, OR an Associate’s Degree with at least 4 years of field sales experience, OR a Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years of field sales experience.
• Willingness to travel more than 50% of the time.
• A proven history of success in sales, ideally within the medical device or healthcare sector.
• Strong comprehension of clinical settings and the ability to convey complex product information.
• Experience in establishing and maintaining key customer relationships with both clinical and administrative decision-makers.
• Capability to develop and implement strategic business plans.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (such as SF.com), forecasting, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Must reside within the designated territory.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required at the time of hire and for the duration of employment.
• For degrees obtained outside the United States, a degree meeting the criteria of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is mandatory.
