This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts, +1 more state.
• Lead clinical and procedural excellence in the management of hernia diseases to achieve growth that surpasses market averages in the designated territory.
• Create strategic account plans and tailored strategies to enhance hernia market share.
• Build and nurture essential customer relationships while enhancing partnerships with stakeholders.
• Implement robotic integration initiatives and oversee the incorporation of robotic surgery into hernia procedures.
• Position the hernia portfolio as a primary solution for robotic-assisted surgical procedures.
• Leverage sales tools, disease-state education, and innovative solutions to generate new business opportunities.
• Execute market development programs, initiatives to raise therapy awareness, Pace programs, training sessions, and simulation labs.
• Accelerate the adoption of procedures and facilitate market conversion.
• Meet or surpass sales quotas.
• Carry out new product launches.
• Effectively forecast and manage sales opportunities.
• Oversee the Hernia portfolio, including Transorb, MaxTack, and Hernia Mechanical.
• Travel throughout the territory, covering Providence, RI, and parts of western Massachusetts, New York, and Connecticut.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) along with a minimum of 6+ years of field sales experience, OR an Associate’s Degree with at least 4+ years of field sales experience, OR a Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2+ years of field sales experience.
• Must reside within the designated territory.
• Travel within the territory is necessary.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must have unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and throughout the duration of employment.
• Demonstrated success in sales, ideally within the medical device or healthcare sectors.
• Strong comprehension of clinical environments.
• Capability to effectively communicate complex product information.
• Experience in building and managing significant customer relationships with clinical and administrative decision-makers.
• Proficient in developing and implementing strategic business plans.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., SF.com), forecasting, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• For degrees obtained outside the United States, a degree that meets the criteria outlined in 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
