This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement growth strategies for Hemostasis (Coagulation) within designated territories and specialties.
• Lead intricate and strategically important sales processes from initial executive engagement to alignment during implementation.
• Foster executive sponsorship and establish trusted-advisor relationships with C-suite executives, laboratory directors, clinical leaders, procurement officers, operational heads, IT specialists, finance professionals, and health system executives.
• Develop comprehensive automation and informatics value propositions linked to Siemens Healthineers equipment.
• Coordinate complex, collaborative selling efforts across Diagnostics Sales, Strategic Accounts, Marketing, Scientific Affairs, Technical Applications, Informatics, Service, Finance, Contracting, and implementation teams.
• Oversee the commercial execution of a senior territory portfolio, which includes managing the sales funnel, assessing opportunity risks, ensuring forecast accuracy, governing CRM usage, strategic account planning, conducting business reviews, and addressing growth challenges.
• Act as the regional expert on Hemostasis (Coagulation).
• Shape strategic initiatives, assist in launch preparations, enhance competitive intelligence, and influence priorities for specialty portfolio growth.
• Measure customer impacts on operational efficiency, labor utilization, standardization, analyzer productivity, assay consolidation, cost-to-serve, revenue potential, risk mitigation, and total ownership value.
• Create executive-level growth strategies for key accounts to increase market share, safeguard vulnerable business, cultivate referenceable clients, enhance loyalty, and achieve tangible commercial, operational, and clinical outcomes.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 8 years of progressive sales experience in clinical diagnostics, laboratory solutions, medical devices, hospital sales, healthcare systems, specialty diagnostics, strategic accounts, or corporate account management is preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully leading enterprise-level sales engagements across hospital systems, IDNs, reference laboratories, academic medical centers, and corporate accounts.
• Capability to influence stakeholders in executive, operational, clinical, IT, laboratory, finance, and procurement roles.
• Extensive commercial knowledge in capital equipment, automation, informatics, reagents, consumables, and connected diagnostic solutions.
• Direct experience in Hemostasis (Coagulation) is strongly preferred; experience in hematology, plasma protein, or broader laboratory diagnostics is also valued.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools is essential.
• Familiarity with Miller Heiman methodologies is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% as needed.
• Advanced capability to lead without direct authority, collaborate with cross-functional teams, influence internal priorities, and ensure accountability in complex, matrixed commercial efforts.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, relationship-building, stakeholder engagement, consultative selling, and business-value translation abilities.
• Consistent history of surpassing growth targets, increasing market share, displacing competitors, advancing strategic opportunities, and fostering sustainable customer partnerships.
• Proficient with computer applications including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Candidates must reside within the designated territory and meet travel expectations.
• A valid driver's license in the state of residence is required.
• Candidates must not have prior DUI/DWI convictions, pending DUI/DWI charges, or other serious moving violations unless legally permitted.
• Must comply with applicable client Vendor Credentialing requirements for site access, which may include valid identification, criminal background checks, drug screenings, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training.
