This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement strategies for growth in the territory and specialty areas related to Hemostasis (Coagulation).
• Manage intricate and strategically important sales processes from initial executive engagement to contract negotiation, closing strategies, and alignment for implementation.
• Foster relationships and establish trust with C-suite executives, as well as leaders in laboratory, clinical, procurement, operations, IT, finance, and health systems.
• Create comprehensive value propositions for automation and informatics that are linked to Siemens Healthineers equipment.
• Coordinate collaborative selling efforts across various teams, including Diagnostics Sales, Strategic Accounts, Marketing, Scientific Affairs, Technical Applications, Informatics, Service, Finance, Contracting, and implementation teams.
• Manage the sales funnel, assess opportunity risks, maintain accurate forecasts, oversee CRM governance, and develop strategic account plans while conducting business reviews and addressing growth obstacles.
• Act as the regional expert on Hemostasis (Coagulation).
• Influence strategic initiatives, support readiness for product launches, enhance competitive intelligence, and guide the growth priorities of the specialty portfolio.
• Assess customer impact in areas such as operational efficiency, labor utilization, standardization, analyzer productivity, assay consolidation, cost-to-serve, revenue potential, risk reduction, and overall value of ownership.
• Develop executive-level growth strategies for key accounts to enhance market share, safeguard at-risk business, create referenceable customers, boost loyalty, and achieve quantifiable commercial, operational, and clinical outcomes.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 8 years of progressive sales experience in clinical diagnostics, laboratory solutions, medical devices, hospital sales, healthcare systems, specialty diagnostics, strategic accounts, or corporate account management is preferred.
• Proven track record in leading enterprise-level sales engagements across various hospital systems, IDNs, reference laboratories, academic medical centers, and corporate accounts.
• Ability to influence stakeholders in executive, operational, clinical, IT, laboratory, finance, and procurement roles.
• Extensive commercial knowledge in capital equipment, automation, informatics, reagents, consumables, and connected diagnostic solutions.
• Direct experience with Hemostasis (Coagulation) is strongly preferred; experience in hematology, plasma proteins, or broader laboratory diagnostics is valued.
• Experience with CRM tools is required.
• Familiarity with Miller Heiman is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Proven ability to lead without direct authority and collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members.
• Outstanding skills in communication, presentation, relationship-building, stakeholder engagement, and consultative selling.
• Capability to translate concepts in hemostasis science, laboratory workflows, automation, informatics, and financial impact into distinctive business value.
• A consistent history of surpassing growth targets, increasing market share, outpacing competitors, advancing strategic initiatives, and fostering lasting customer partnerships.
• Proficiency in computer applications including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Candidates must reside within the designated territory and fulfill travel obligations.
• A valid driver's license in the state of residence is required.
• Candidates must not have prior DUI/DWI convictions, pending DUI/DWI charges, or any serious moving violations unless prohibited by law.
• Must comply with applicable client Vendor Credentialing requirements, which may include valid identification, criminal background checks, drug screenings, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training.
