This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement growth strategies for Hemostasis (Coagulation) within designated territories and specialties.
• Direct complex and strategically important sales cycles that encompass executive discovery, stakeholder analysis, business case development, competitive positioning, contract strategy, negotiation assistance, close planning, and alignment for implementation.
• Foster executive sponsorship and build trusted-advisor relationships with leaders at the C-suite level, as well as in laboratory, clinical, procurement, operations, IT, finance, and health systems.
• Develop integrated automation and informatics value propositions linked to Siemens Healthineers equipment.
• Coordinate intricate, matrixed team-selling efforts involving Diagnostics Sales, Strategic Accounts, Marketing, Scientific Affairs, Technical Applications, Informatics, Service, Finance, Contracting, and implementation teams.
• Manage the commercial execution of a senior territory portfolio, which includes funnel management, opportunity risk evaluation, forecast precision, CRM governance, strategic account planning, business reviews, and addressing growth obstacles.
• Act as the regional expert in Hemostasis (Coagulation).
• Influence strategic pursuits, assist in launch readiness, enhance competitive intelligence, and shape priorities for specialty portfolio growth.
• Measure customer impact in areas such as operational efficiency, labor utilization, standardization, analyzer productivity, assay consolidation, cost-to-serve, revenue potential, risk mitigation, and overall value of ownership.
• Create executive-level growth strategies for key accounts aimed at expanding market share, safeguarding at-risk business, generating referenceable customers, enhancing loyalty, and achieving tangible commercial, operational, and clinical results.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 8 years of progressive sales experience in clinical diagnostics, laboratory solutions, medical devices, hospital sales, healthcare systems, specialty diagnostics, strategic accounts, or corporate account management is preferred.
• Proven success in leading enterprise-level sales initiatives across hospital systems, IDNs, reference laboratories, academic medical centers, and corporate accounts.
• Capability to influence stakeholders across executive, operational, clinical, IT, laboratory, finance, and procurement spheres.
• Extensive commercial knowledge in capital equipment, automation, informatics, reagents, consumables, and connected diagnostic solutions.
• Direct experience with Hemostasis (Coagulation) is strongly preferred; experience in hematology, plasma protein, or broader laboratory diagnostics is valued.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is required.
• Experience with Miller Heiman is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Ability to lead without authority and collaborate with cross-functional team members.
• Exceptional skills in communication, presentation, relationship building, stakeholder engagement, and consultative selling.
• Proficiency in translating hemostasis science, laboratory workflows, automation, informatics, and financial impacts into distinct business value.
• A track record of surpassing growth targets, increasing market share, displacing competitors, advancing strategic opportunities, and establishing sustainable customer partnerships.
• Proficient in computer applications including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Candidates must reside within the assigned territory and adhere to travel requirements.
• A valid driver's license in the relevant state of residence is necessary.
• No prior DUI/DWI convictions, pending DUI/DWI charges, or other serious moving violations, unless restricted by applicable law.
• Must fulfill client Vendor Credentialing requirements, which may entail valid identification, criminal background checks, drug screenings, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training.
