This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Formulate and implement growth strategies for the Hemostasis (Coagulation) territory and specialty.
• Focus on enterprise accounts and strategize competitive conversions, installed-base growth, portfolio penetration, and multi-year revenue enhancement.
• Manage intricate sales cycles that encompass executive discovery, stakeholder mapping, business case development, competitive positioning, negotiation strategy, closing plans, and implementation coordination.
• Foster executive sponsorship and trusted-advisor relationships with C-suite executives, laboratory, clinical, procurement, operations, IT, finance, and health system leaders.
• Develop comprehensive automation and informatics value propositions linked to Siemens Healthineers equipment.
• Coordinate complex, matrixed team-selling involving Diagnostics Sales, Strategic Accounts, Marketing, Scientific Affairs, Technical Applications, Informatics, Service, Finance, Contracting, and implementation teams.
• Oversee commercial execution for a senior territory portfolio, which includes funnel management, opportunity risk evaluation, forecast accuracy, CRM governance, strategic account planning, business reviews, and addressing growth obstacles.
• Act as the regional expert in Hemostasis (Coagulation).
• Shape strategic pursuits, aid in launch readiness, enhance competitive intelligence, and influence specialty portfolio growth priorities.
• Measure customer impact in areas such as operational efficiency, labor use, standardization, analyzer productivity, assay consolidation, cost-to-serve, revenue potential, risk mitigation, and total ownership value.
• Create executive-level growth strategies for key accounts.
• Increase market share, safeguard at-risk business, develop referenceable customers, bolster customer loyalty, and achieve tangible commercial, operational, and clinical results.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required; advanced degrees are preferred.
• At least 8 years of progressive sales experience in clinical diagnostics, laboratory solutions, medical devices, hospital sales, healthcare systems, specialty diagnostics, strategic accounts, or corporate account management is preferred.
• Proven track record of leading enterprise-level sales engagements within hospital systems, IDNs, reference laboratories, academic medical centers, and corporate accounts.
• Capability to influence executive, operational, clinical, IT, laboratory, finance, and procurement stakeholders.
• Extensive commercial knowledge in capital equipment, automation, informatics, reagents, consumables, and connected diagnostic solutions.
• Direct experience in Hemostasis (Coagulation) is highly preferred; experience in hematology, plasma protein, or broader laboratory diagnostics is valued.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is necessary.
• Experience with Miller Heiman is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% is required.
• Advanced capability to lead without formal authority, collaborate with cross-functional team members, influence internal prioritization, and ensure accountability in complex, matrixed commercial endeavors.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, relationship-building, stakeholder engagement, and consultative selling abilities.
• Proficiency in translating hemostasis science, laboratory workflows, automation, informatics, and financial impacts into distinctive business value.
• A consistent history of surpassing growth targets, increasing market share, displacing competitors, pursuing strategic opportunities, and establishing sustainable customer partnerships.
• Proficient in computer applications, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Candidates must live within the designated territory and fulfill travel obligations.
• Possession of a valid driver's license in the state of residence is required.
• No prior DUI/DWI convictions, pending DUI/DWI charges, or other significant moving violations unless legally exempt.
• Compliance with applicable client Vendor Credentialing requirements, which may include valid ID, criminal background checks, drug screenings, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training.
