This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Create and implement growth strategies for territory and specialty areas within Hemostasis (Coagulation).
• Focus on enterprise accounts by developing competitive conversion strategies, increasing penetration of the installed base, and planning for multi-year revenue growth.
• Manage intricate sales processes that include executive discovery, stakeholder mapping, business case development, competitive positioning, contract strategy, negotiation support, close planning, and alignment for implementation.
• Foster executive sponsorship and trusted relationships with C-suite executives, laboratory, clinical, procurement, operations, IT, finance, and health system leaders.
• Develop integrated automation and informatics value propositions linked to Siemens Healthineers equipment.
• Coordinate complex, matrixed team selling involving Diagnostics Sales, Strategic Accounts, Marketing, Scientific Affairs, Technical Applications, Informatics, Service, Finance, Contracting, and implementation teams.
• Oversee commercial execution for a senior territory portfolio, which includes funnel management, assessing opportunity risks, ensuring forecast accuracy, CRM governance, strategic account planning, conducting business reviews, and addressing growth barriers.
• Act as the regional expert in Hemostasis (Coagulation).
• Shape strategic initiatives, support launch readiness, enhance competitive intelligence, and influence priorities for specialty portfolio growth.
• Measure customer impact factors such as operational efficiency, labor utilization, standardization, analyzer productivity, assay consolidation, cost-to-serve, revenue opportunity, risk reduction, and total ownership value.
• Develop growth plans at the executive level for priority accounts.
• Increase market share, safeguard at-risk business, create referenceable customers, enhance loyalty, and achieve measurable commercial, operational, and clinical outcomes.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 8 years of progressive sales experience in clinical diagnostics, laboratory solutions, medical devices, hospital sales, healthcare systems, specialty diagnostics, strategic accounts, or corporate account management is preferred.
• Proven success in leading enterprise-level sales engagements across hospital systems, IDNs, reference laboratories, academic medical centers, and corporate accounts.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at the executive, operational, clinical, IT, laboratory, finance, and procurement levels.
• Extensive commercial expertise in capital equipment, automation, informatics, reagents, consumables, and connected diagnostic solutions.
• Direct experience in Hemostasis (Coagulation) is strongly preferred; experience in hematology, plasma protein, or broader laboratory diagnostics is valued.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools is required.
• Familiarity with Miller Heiman is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% is essential.
• Advanced capability to lead without direct authority and collaborate across cross-functional teams in complex, matrixed commercial pursuits.
• Exceptional skills in communication, presentation, relationship-building, stakeholder engagement, and consultative selling.
• Ability to convey hemostasis science, laboratory workflows, automation, informatics, and financial impacts into business value.
• A track record of surpassing growth objectives, expanding market share, displacing competitors, and developing sustainable customer partnerships.
• Proficient in computer applications including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Candidates must reside within the designated territory and fulfill travel requirements.
• Possession of a valid driver's license in the state of residence is mandatory.
• Must not have any prior DUI/DWI convictions, pending DUI/DWI charges, or other serious moving violations unless legally permitted.
• Must meet applicable client Vendor Credentialing requirements, which may involve valid identification, criminal background checks, drug screenings, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training.
