This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement growth strategies for Hemostasis (Coagulation) within the designated territory.

• Lead intricate, strategically vital sales cycles from initial executive engagement through negotiation, planning for closure, and alignment for implementation.

• Foster executive sponsorship and establish trusted-advisor relationships with C-suite executives, laboratory, clinical, procurement, operations, IT, finance, and health system leaders.

• Create integrated automation and informatics value propositions connected to Siemens Healthineers equipment.

• Coordinate team-selling efforts across various departments, including Diagnostics Sales, Strategic Accounts, Marketing, Scientific Affairs, Technical Applications, Informatics, Service, Finance, Contracting, and implementation teams.

• Oversee commercial execution, which includes funnel management, assessing opportunity risks, ensuring forecast accuracy, CRM governance, strategic account planning, conducting business reviews, and addressing growth barriers.

• Act as the regional expert in Hemostasis (Coagulation).

• Influence strategic pursuits, support readiness for launches, enhance competitive intelligence, and guide priorities for specialty portfolio growth.

• Measure customer impact on operational efficiency, labor utilization, standardization, analyzer productivity, assay consolidation, cost-to-serve, revenue opportunities, risk mitigation, and total value of ownership.

• Develop executive-level growth strategies for priority accounts to increase market share, protect vulnerable business, create referenceable clients, enhance loyalty, and achieve quantifiable commercial, operational, and clinical outcomes.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required; an advanced degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 8 years of progressive sales experience in clinical diagnostics, laboratory solutions, medical devices, hospital sales, healthcare systems, specialty diagnostics, strategic accounts, or corporate account management is preferred.

• Proven track record in leading enterprise-level sales initiatives across hospital systems, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), reference laboratories, academic medical institutions, and corporate accounts.

• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders in executive, operational, clinical, IT, laboratory, finance, and procurement positions.

• Extensive commercial knowledge in capital equipment, automation, informatics, reagents, consumables, and connected diagnostic solutions.

• Direct experience with Hemostasis (Coagulation) is strongly preferred; experience in hematology, plasma protein, or broader laboratory diagnostics is also valued.

• Familiarity with CRM tools is necessary.

• Experience with Miller Heiman is a plus.

• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.

• Advanced capability to lead without direct authority and collaborate with cross-functional team members.

• Outstanding communication, presentation, relationship-building, stakeholder engagement, consultative selling, and business-value translation skills.

• Consistent history of surpassing growth targets, increasing market share, displacing competitors, advancing strategic opportunities, and establishing sustainable customer partnerships.

• Proficiency in computer applications including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Candidates must reside within the designated territory and adhere to travel requirements.

• A valid driver's license in the state of residence is mandatory.

• Candidates must not have prior DUI/DWI convictions, pending DUI/DWI charges, or serious moving violations unless permitted by law.

• Must satisfy applicable client Vendor Credentialing requirements, which may involve valid identification, criminal background checks, drug screenings, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training.

• Ability to work with controlled technology in compliance with US export control regulations.
