This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine.
• Formulate and implement growth strategies for Hemostasis (Coagulation) within designated territories and specialties.
• Identify key enterprise accounts and strategize competitive conversions, expand existing installations, enhance portfolio penetration, and drive multi-year revenue growth.
• Manage intricate sales cycles that encompass executive discovery, stakeholder mapping, business-case development, competitive positioning, contract strategy, negotiation assistance, close planning, and implementation alignment.
• Foster executive sponsorship and build trusted-advisor relationships with C-suite executives, laboratory, clinical, procurement, operations, IT, finance, and health system leaders.
• Develop integrated automation and informatics value propositions associated with Siemens Healthineers equipment.
• Coordinate a team-selling approach across Diagnostics Sales, Strategic Accounts, Marketing, Scientific Affairs, Technical Applications, Informatics, Service, Finance, Contracting, and implementation teams.
• Oversee commercial execution for a senior territory portfolio, which includes managing the sales funnel, assessing opportunity risks, ensuring forecast accuracy, governing the CRM, strategic account planning, conducting business reviews, and escalating growth barriers.
• Act as the regional expert in Hemostasis (Coagulation).
• Shape strategic initiatives, aid in launch readiness, enhance competitive intelligence, and influence priorities for specialty portfolio growth.
• Measure customer impacts, including operational efficiency, labor utilization, standardization, analyzer productivity, assay consolidation, cost-to-serve, revenue opportunities, risk mitigation, and overall value of ownership.
• Create executive-level growth strategies that increase market share, safeguard at-risk business, develop referenceable customers, enhance loyalty, and achieve measurable commercial, operational, and clinical outcomes.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 8 years of progressive sales experience in clinical diagnostics, laboratory solutions, medical devices, hospital sales, healthcare systems, specialty diagnostics, strategic accounts, or corporate account management is preferred.
• Proven track record of leading enterprise-level sales engagements across hospital systems, IDNs, reference laboratories, academic medical centers, and corporate accounts.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at the executive, operational, clinical, IT, laboratory, finance, and procurement levels.
• Extensive commercial knowledge in capital equipment, automation, informatics, reagents, consumables, and connected diagnostic solutions.
• Direct experience with Hemostasis (Coagulation) is strongly preferred; experience in hematology, plasma protein, or broader laboratory diagnostics is valued.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is necessary.
• Experience with Miller Heiman is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Strong ability to lead without formal authority and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, relationship-building, stakeholder engagement, and consultative selling abilities.
• Capability to articulate hemostasis science, laboratory workflows, automation, informatics, and financial impacts into business value.
• Proven history of surpassing growth targets, increasing market share, displacing competitors, and advancing strategic opportunities.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Candidates must reside within the designated territory and meet travel prerequisites.
• A valid driver's license in the state of residence is required.
• Candidates must not have prior DUI/DWI convictions, pending charges, or serious moving violations unless legally permitted.
• Must satisfy applicable client Vendor Credentialing requirements, which may include valid identification, criminal background checks, drug tests, immunizations, annual TB tests, and healthcare training.
