This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.
• Develop and implement growth strategies for territory and specialty areas in Hemostasis (Coagulation).
• Manage complex and strategically important sales cycles from initial executive engagement through to negotiation, planning for closure, and alignment for implementation.
• Foster executive sponsorship and build trusted-advisor relationships with leaders in the C-suite, laboratory, clinical, procurement, operations, IT, finance, and health systems.
• Create integrated value propositions for automation and informatics linked to Siemens Healthineers equipment.
• Coordinate intricate team-selling strategies across various departments, including Diagnostics Sales, Strategic Accounts, Marketing, Scientific Affairs, Technical Applications, Informatics, Service, Finance, Contracting, and implementation teams.
• Oversee the commercial execution for a senior territory portfolio, including managing the sales funnel, assessing opportunity risks, ensuring forecast accuracy, governing CRM usage, strategic account planning, conducting business reviews, and addressing growth obstacles.
• Act as the regional expert in Hemostasis (Coagulation).
• Shape strategic initiatives, aid in launch preparations, enhance competitive insights, and steer priorities for specialty portfolio growth.
• Measure customer impact in areas such as operational efficiency, labor utilization, standardization, analyzer productivity, assay consolidation, cost-to-serve, revenue opportunities, risk reduction, and total ownership value.
• Develop executive-level growth strategies for key accounts.
• Increase market share, safeguard at-risk business, cultivate referenceable customers, enhance long-term loyalty, and achieve measurable commercial, operational, and clinical results.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 8 years of progressive sales experience in clinical diagnostics, laboratory solutions, medical devices, hospital sales, healthcare systems, specialty diagnostics, strategic accounts, or corporate account management is preferred.
• Proven track record of leading enterprise-level sales engagements across hospital systems, IDNs, reference laboratories, academic medical centers, and corporate accounts.
• Ability to influence stakeholders in executive, operational, clinical, IT, laboratory, finance, and procurement sectors.
• Extensive commercial knowledge in capital equipment, automation, informatics, reagents, consumables, and connected diagnostic solutions.
• Direct experience in Hemostasis (Coagulation) is strongly preferred; experience in hematology, plasma protein, or broader laboratory diagnostics is valued.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is required.
• Experience with Miller Heiman is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Advanced capability to lead without formal authority and ensure accountability in complex, matrixed commercial endeavors.
• Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, stakeholder engagement, and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to translate the science of hemostasis, laboratory workflows, automation, informatics, and financial impact into tangible business value.
• Proven history of surpassing growth targets, expanding market share, displacing competitors, and fostering sustainable customer partnerships.
• Proficient in computer applications including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must reside within the designated territory and fulfill travel obligations.
• Must possess a valid driver's license in the state of residence.
• Should not have prior DUI/DWI convictions, pending DUI/DWI charges, or serious moving violations unless legally exempt.
• Must comply with applicable client Vendor Credentialing requirements, which may include valid identification, criminal background checks, drug screenings, immunizations, annual TB tests, and healthcare training.
