This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Formulate and implement growth strategies for territory and specialty in Hemostasis (Coagulation).
• Focus on enterprise accounts, create competitive conversion strategies, enhance installed-base and portfolio penetration, and strategize for multi-year revenue growth.
• Manage intricate sales cycles encompassing executive discovery, stakeholder mapping, business-case development, competitive positioning, contract strategy, negotiation support, close planning, and implementation alignment.
• Foster executive sponsorship and establish trusted-advisor relationships with C-suite executives, laboratory, clinical, procurement, operations, IT, finance, and health system leaders.
• Develop integrated automation and informatics value propositions linked to Siemens Healthineers equipment.
• Coordinate complex, matrixed team-selling efforts across Diagnostics Sales, Strategic Accounts, Marketing, Scientific Affairs, Technical Applications, Informatics, Service, Finance, Contracting, and implementation teams.
• Oversee commercial execution for a senior territory portfolio, which includes funnel management, opportunity risk analysis, forecast accuracy, CRM governance, strategic account planning, business reviews, and escalation of growth barriers.
• Act as the regional subject matter expert in Hemostasis (Coagulation).
• Shape strategic initiatives, support launch readiness, enhance competitive intelligence, and influence priorities for specialty portfolio growth.
• Measure customer impact in terms of operational efficiency, labor utilization, standardization, analyzer productivity, assay consolidation, cost-to-serve, revenue opportunities, risk reduction, and overall value of ownership.
• Create executive-level growth plans for priority accounts to increase share, safeguard at-risk business, develop referenceable customers, enhance loyalty, and deliver quantifiable commercial, operational, and clinical results.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 8 years of progressive sales experience in clinical diagnostics, laboratory solutions, medical devices, hospital sales, healthcare systems, specialty diagnostics, strategic accounts, or corporate account management is preferred.
• Proven track record of leading enterprise-level sales engagements within hospital systems, IDNs, reference laboratories, academic medical centers, and corporate accounts.
• Capacity to influence executive, operational, clinical, IT, laboratory, finance, and procurement stakeholders.
• Extensive commercial knowledge in capital equipment, automation, informatics, reagents, consumables, and connected diagnostic solutions.
• Direct experience in Hemostasis (Coagulation) is strongly preferred; experience in hematology, plasma protein, or broader laboratory diagnostics is valued.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools.
• Familiarity with Miller Heiman is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% as necessary.
• Advanced capability to lead without authority, collaborate with cross-functional team members, influence internal prioritization, and ensure accountability in complex, matrixed commercial initiatives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, stakeholder engagement, consultative selling, and business-value translation skills.
• Proven history of surpassing growth objectives, increasing market share, displacing competitors, advancing strategic opportunities, and building sustainable customer partnerships.
• Computer proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Candidates must reside within the assigned territory and fulfill travel requirements.
• Must possess a valid driver's license in the state of residence.
• No prior DUI/DWI convictions, pending DUI/DWI charges, or other serious moving violations unless legally permitted.
• Must comply with applicable client Vendor Credentialing requirements, which may include valid identification, criminal background checks, drug screenings, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training.
