This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Develop and implement strategies for growth in territory and specialty areas related to Hemostasis (Coagulation).
• Focus on enterprise accounts and devise strategies for competitive conversion, expansion of the installed base, portfolio penetration, and multi-year revenue growth.
• Lead intricate sales cycles, encompassing executive discovery, stakeholder mapping, business case development, competitive positioning, contract strategy, negotiation support, close planning, and alignment for implementation.
• Foster executive sponsorship and build trusted advisor relationships with C-suite executives, laboratory, clinical, procurement, operations, IT, finance, and health system leaders.
• Create integrated automation and informatics value propositions linked to Siemens Healthineers equipment.
• Coordinate team selling across various departments including Diagnostics Sales, Strategic Accounts, Marketing, Scientific Affairs, Technical Applications, Informatics, Service, Finance, Contracting, and implementation teams.
• Manage commercial execution for a senior territory portfolio, which includes funnel management, risk assessment of opportunities, forecast accuracy, CRM governance, strategic account planning, business reviews, and escalation of growth challenges.
• Act as the regional expert in Hemostasis (Coagulation).
• Shape strategic initiatives, support readiness for launches, enhance competitive intelligence, and affect priorities for specialty portfolio growth.
• Measure customer impact in areas such as operational efficiency, labor utilization, standardization, analyzer productivity, assay consolidation, cost-to-serve, revenue opportunities, risk mitigation, and total ownership value.
• Develop executive-level growth strategies for key accounts to increase market share, safeguard at-risk business, create referenceable customers, bolster loyalty, and achieve measurable commercial, operational, and clinical outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is mandatory; advanced degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 8 years of progressive sales experience in clinical diagnostics, laboratory solutions, medical devices, hospital sales, healthcare systems, specialty diagnostics, strategic accounts, or corporate account management is preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully leading enterprise-level sales engagements across hospital systems, IDNs, reference laboratories, academic medical centers, and corporate accounts.
• Capability to influence stakeholders at the executive, operational, clinical, IT, laboratory, finance, and procurement levels.
• Extensive commercial knowledge in capital equipment, automation, informatics, reagents, consumables, and connected diagnostic solutions.
• Direct experience in Hemostasis (Coagulation) is strongly preferred; experience in hematology, plasma protein, or broader laboratory diagnostics is valued.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is essential.
• Experience with Miller Heiman is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Advanced ability to lead without direct authority, collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members, influence internal prioritization, and ensure accountability in complex, matrixed commercial pursuits.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, relationship-building, stakeholder engagement, and consultative selling abilities.
• Skill in translating hemostasis science, laboratory workflow, automation, informatics, and financial impact into distinct business value.
• A consistent history of surpassing growth objectives, increasing market share, displacing competitors, advancing strategic opportunities, and fostering sustainable customer partnerships.
• Proficient in computer applications including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Candidates must reside within the specified territory and fulfill travel requirements.
• Possession of a valid driver's license in the state of residence is required.
• Candidates must not have prior DUI/DWI convictions, pending DUI/DWI charges, or other serious moving violations unless restricted by state/local law.
• Must comply with applicable client Vendor Credentialing requirements, which may include providing valid identification, undergoing criminal background checks, drug screenings, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training.
