This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +1 more state.
• Create and implement growth strategies for Hemostasis (Coagulation) across designated territories and specialties.
• Focus on enterprise accounts while developing strategies for competitive conversion, expanding the installed base, enhancing portfolio penetration, and driving multi-year revenue growth.
• Manage intricate sales cycles involving executive discovery, stakeholder mapping, business-case development, competitive positioning, contract strategy, negotiation assistance, closing plans, and alignment with implementation.
• Foster executive sponsorship and establish trusted-advisor relationships with C-suite executives and leaders in laboratory, clinical, procurement, operations, IT, finance, and health systems.
• Develop comprehensive automation and informatics value propositions linked to Siemens Healthineers equipment.
• Coordinate team selling efforts across various functions including Diagnostics Sales, Strategic Accounts, Marketing, Scientific Affairs, Technical Applications, Informatics, Service, Finance, Contracting, and implementation teams.
• Oversee commercial execution, which includes funnel management, opportunity risk evaluation, accuracy of forecasts, CRM governance, strategic account planning, business reviews, and addressing growth obstacles.
• Act as the regional expert in Hemostasis (Coagulation).
• Shape strategic initiatives, support launch readiness, enhance competitive intelligence, and influence growth priorities within the specialty portfolio.
• Measure customer impact through metrics such as operational efficiency, labor utilization, standardization, analyzer productivity, assay consolidation, cost-to-serve, revenue potential, risk mitigation, and total cost of ownership.
• Develop executive-level growth strategies for key accounts aimed at expanding market share, safeguarding at-risk business, creating referenceable customers, enhancing loyalty, and achieving measurable outcomes.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 8 years of progressive sales experience in clinical diagnostics, laboratory solutions, medical devices, hospital sales, healthcare systems, specialty diagnostics, strategic accounts, or corporate account management is preferred.
• Proven track record of leading enterprise-level sales engagements within hospital systems, IDNs, reference laboratories, academic medical centers, and corporate accounts.
• Capability to influence executives and stakeholders in operational, clinical, IT, laboratory, finance, and procurement roles.
• Extensive commercial knowledge in capital equipment, automation, informatics, reagents, consumables, and connected diagnostic solutions.
• Direct experience in Hemostasis (Coagulation) is strongly preferred; experience in hematology, plasma protein, or broader laboratory diagnostics is valued.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is required.
• Experience with Miller Heiman is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% is necessary.
• Ability to lead without direct authority and foster accountability in complex, matrixed commercial endeavors.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, relationship-building, stakeholder engagement, and consultative selling skills.
• Proficiency in translating hemostasis science, laboratory workflows, automation, informatics, and financial implications into business value.
• A history of surpassing growth targets, increasing market share, displacing competitors, and establishing sustainable customer partnerships.
• Proficient in computer applications, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must reside within the designated territory and fulfill travel obligations.
• A valid driver's license in the state of residence is required.
• Must not have prior DUI/DWI convictions, pending DUI/DWI charges, or other significant moving violations unless legally permitted.
• Compliance with client Vendor Credentialing requirements is mandatory, which may include valid identification, criminal background checks, drug screenings, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training.
