This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +1 more state.
• Design and implement strategies for territory and specialty growth within the Hemostasis (Coagulation) sector.
• Focus on enterprise accounts, create competitive conversion tactics, enhance installed-base and portfolio penetration, and strategize multi-year revenue growth.
• Lead intricate sales processes involving executive discovery, stakeholder mapping, business-case development, competitive positioning, contract strategy, negotiation assistance, close planning, and alignment for implementation.
• Foster executive sponsorship and trusted-advisor relationships with leaders in healthcare, laboratory, clinical, procurement, operations, IT, finance, and health systems.
• Develop automation and informatics value propositions linked to Siemens Healthineers equipment.
• Coordinate team-selling efforts across Diagnostics Sales, Strategic Accounts, Marketing, Scientific Affairs, Technical Applications, Informatics, Service, Finance, Contracting, and implementation teams.
• Oversee commercial execution for a senior territory portfolio, which includes funnel management, opportunity risk assessment, forecast precision, CRM governance, strategic account planning, business reviews, and escalation of growth obstacles.
• Act as the regional expert in Hemostasis (Coagulation).
• Shape strategic initiatives, assist with launch readiness, enhance competitive intelligence, and impact specialty portfolio growth priorities.
• Measure customer impact, covering operational efficiency, labor utilization, standardization, analyzer productivity, assay consolidation, cost-to-serve, revenue potential, risk mitigation, and total ownership value.
• Create executive-level growth strategies for priority accounts.
• Increase market share, safeguard at-risk business, generate referenceable customers, bolster loyalty, and achieve measurable commercial, operational, and clinical results.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 8 years of progressive sales experience in clinical diagnostics, laboratory solutions, medical devices, hospital sales, healthcare systems, specialty diagnostics, strategic accounts, or corporate account management is preferred.
• Proven success in leading enterprise-level sales initiatives across hospital systems, IDNs, reference laboratories, academic medical centers, and corporate accounts.
• Established ability to influence executive, operational, clinical, IT, laboratory, finance, and procurement stakeholders.
• Extensive commercial knowledge in capital equipment, automation, informatics, reagents, consumables, and connected diagnostic solutions.
• Direct experience with Hemostasis (Coagulation) is highly preferred; experience in hematology, plasma protein, or broader laboratory diagnostics is valued.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools.
• Familiarity with Miller Heiman is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% as required.
• Strong capability to lead without authority and instill accountability across complex, matrixed commercial efforts.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, relationship-building, stakeholder engagement, and consultative selling abilities.
• Skill in translating hemostasis science, laboratory workflows, automation, informatics, and financial impacts into business value.
• A proven track record of surpassing growth targets, expanding market share, displacing competitors, and fostering sustainable customer partnerships.
• Computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Candidates must reside within the designated territory and fulfill travel requirements.
• A valid driver's license in the state of residence is mandatory.
• Candidates must not have prior DUI/DWI convictions, pending DUI/DWI charges, or serious moving violations unless legally permitted.
• Must comply with applicable client Vendor Credentialing requirements, which may include valid identification, criminal background checks, drug screening, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training.
• Must be capable of working with controlled technology in accordance with US export control laws.
