This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Serve as the main customer liaison for driving sales demand
• Implement marketing strategies and advocate for Sobi products under the guidance of the Regional Sales Director
• Maintain up-to-date and thorough clinical knowledge of Sobi products
• Convey on-label clinical advantages to clients
• Attain territory sales goals by executing Plan of Action marketing initiatives
• Deliver branded sales communications to clients
• Represent Sobi at local events
• Meet or surpass sales goals within the designated geographic area
• Encourage the appropriate application of Sobi products among healthcare professionals in alignment with Corporate, PhRMA, and OIG regulations
• Formulate and execute a territory business strategy
• Conduct weekly analysis of territory sales data to prioritize physician engagement and guarantee precise reporting
• Prepare budget plans for the territory
• Identify and address challenges and opportunities
• Maintain proactive communication with sales and marketing management
• Report adverse events to Sobi’s Drug Safety department
• Document call activity and client details in the call reporting system
• Submit expense reports and manage other administrative tasks
• Travel within the designated territory, which may include overnight stays
• Reside within or close to the assigned territory
• BA/BS degree in business or science
• At least 5 years of dedicated hospital sales experience in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology sector
• Minimum of 3 years of specialty sales experience in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry
• For CAM: a minimum of 3 years of biologics sales experience using a specialty pharmacy, or 8 years of dedicated hospital sales experience
• Familiarity with transition of care/patient journey processes from hospital to outpatient environments
• Proven track record of high sales achievement
• Knowledge of single source pharmacies, reimbursement programs, managed care, and formulary
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to set priorities and effectively manage time across a broad geographic area
• Must be based in or near the geographic territory; relocation assistance will not be provided
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, including overnight travel of up to 40–50% in certain situations
