This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +4 more countries.
• Create and implement focused sourcing strategies to identify qualified Licensed Behavior Analysts in NYC, Long Island, and Westchester County.
• Advertise and oversee LBA job postings across various professional platforms, ABA networks, partnerships with universities, and licensure boards.
• Conduct outreach and screening calls to evaluate qualifications, licensure status, and availability of candidates.
• Organize interviews with the HR Director and clinical leadership teams.
• Extend job offers and handle pre-employment documentation.
• Maintain an active pipeline of LBA candidates to fulfill service delivery requirements.
• Act as the HR liaison for BCBAs seeking LBA licensure in New York State.
• Assist candidates throughout the LBA application and licensure processes.
• Monitor accreditation progress and necessary documentation.
• Ensure that LBAs-in-process are not assigned to billable clinical positions until they are fully licensed.
• Facilitate Medicaid provider enrollment for newly hired LBAs.
• Submit enrollment documentation and monitor the status of applications.
• Keep Medicaid enrollment records, effective dates, and provider identification numbers updated in the HRIS.
• Communicate enrollment timelines and escalate any denials, revalidations, or compliance issues.
• Track LBA license expiration dates, Medicaid revalidation deadlines, and continuing education requirements.
• Send renewal notifications at least 90 days prior to credential expiration.
• Remove or flag LBAs with expired credentials from active clinical roles.
• Maintain credentialing files that are audit-ready and ensure 100% compliance with credentialing standards.
• Enter and update LBA data and credentialing milestones into the HRIS.
• Generate HRIS reports and rectify any data discrepancies.
• Complete HR projects, support audits and regulatory reviews, assist with onboarding materials and process enhancements, and participate in HR meetings.
• Report directly to the HR Director.
• High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
• An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, credentialing, provider enrollment, or HR operations is required.
• Previous experience in a healthcare, behavioral health, or ABA setting is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Medicaid provider enrollment processes is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of New York State LBA licensure requirements and the BCBA-to-LBA pathway is a significant advantage.
• Prior experience in HRIS administration is required; experience with Zoho or similar platforms is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills that are clear and professional.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining zero-defect credentialing records.
• Capability to manage sensitive professional and regulatory information with confidentiality.
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet compliance deadlines independently.
• Understanding of ABA therapy service delivery and the clinical role of the LBA in a Medicaid-funded service model.
• Proficiency in HRIS platforms, spreadsheet tools, and professional communication applications.
• Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
• Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps, capable of supporting work during power outages.
• Desktop or laptop with an Intel Core i5 8th generation or newer, Intel Core i3 10th generation or newer, AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor.
• Minimum 8 GB of RAM.
• A functional backup device that meets or exceeds Intel Core i3 performance and operates during power interruptions.
