This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +4 more countries.
• Develop and implement focused sourcing strategies to attract qualified Licensed Behavior Analysts throughout NYC, Long Island, and Westchester County.
• Post and oversee LBA job listings on professional platforms, ABA networks, university collaborations, and licensure boards.
• Perform outreach and conduct screening calls to evaluate qualifications, licensure status, and availability.
• Organize interviews with the HR Director and clinical leadership.
• Extend job offers and manage pre-hire documentation in accordance with HR policies.
• Maintain an active pipeline of LBA candidates to fulfill service delivery requirements.
• Act as the primary HR contact for BCBAs seeking New York State LBA licensure.
• Assist BCBA candidates throughout the LBA application and licensure process.
• Monitor accreditation progress and keep documentation up to date.
• Ensure LBAs-in-process are not assigned to billable clinical roles until full licensure is obtained.
• Facilitate Medicaid provider enrollment for incoming LBAs.
• Collect and submit Medicaid enrollment documentation.
• Monitor enrollment status and address delays with Medicaid authorities or LBAs.
• Maintain Medicaid enrollment records, effective dates, and provider identification numbers in the HRIS.
• Communicate enrollment timelines to clinical operations.
• Escalate enrollment denials, revalidations, and compliance issues to the HR Director.
• Track LBA license expirations, Medicaid revalidation deadlines, and continuing education requirements.
• Send renewal reminders at least 90 days prior to credential expiration.
• Remove or flag LBAs with expired credentials from active clinical assignments.
• Ensure 100% credential compliance and maintain audit-ready files in the HRIS.
• Enter new-hire information into the HRIS on the same business day as confirmation of hire.
• Update records at credentialing milestones and generate requested HRIS reports.
• Identify and rectify data discrepancies.
• Complete various HR tasks, support audits and regulatory reviews, assist with onboarding materials and process improvements, and engage in HR meetings.
• Report directly to the HR Director.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, credentialing, provider enrollment, or HR operations is required.
• Previous experience in a healthcare, behavioral health, or ABA environment is strongly preferred.
• Experience with Medicaid provider enrollment processes is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with New York State LBA licensure requirements and the BCBA-to-LBA pathway is a significant advantage.
• Prior HRIS administration experience is required; experience with Zoho or similar platforms is preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining zero-defect credentialing records.
• Ability to manage sensitive professional and regulatory information with discretion.
• Self-directed with the capability to meet compliance deadlines independently.
• Understanding of ABA therapy service delivery and the clinical role of the LBA within a Medicaid-funded service model.
• Proficient with HRIS platforms, spreadsheet tracking tools, and professional communication platforms.
• A primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
• A backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps, capable of supporting work during power outages.
• A primary desktop or laptop with an Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent processor.
• A minimum of 8 GB RAM.
• A functional backup device that meets or exceeds Intel Core i3 performance and operates during power interruptions.
