Healthcare Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with hiring managers on all facets of recruitment for clinical, administrative, and support personnel.

• Generate qualified candidates through mass mail campaigns, advertisements, employee referrals, cold outreach, and follow-ups on employment inquiries.

• Innovate creative strategies for difficult-to-fill and newly established roles.

• Remain updated with the latest recruiting methods, including online and social networking approaches.

• Monitor the status of open positions and interviews through consistent recruitment reporting.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate candidate databases.

• Advertise job openings and manage allocated advertising budgets.

• Hold regular meetings with hiring managers to assess staffing requirements.

• Screen candidates and refer suitable individuals to hiring managers.

• Organize interviews and follow up with both candidates and hiring managers.

• Conduct and document reference checks and verify licensure status.

• Present and negotiate job offers within the established parameters.

• Coordinate start dates and orientation schedules.

• Prepare offer letters and extend verbal offers.

• Follow up with new hires after 30 days to gather feedback and referrals.

• Participate in relevant job fairs, college recruitment events, association gatherings, and conventions.

• Assist with employee engagement initiatives, including social events, functions, outings, and community service projects.

• Provide support for other HR functions and carry out additional responsibilities as needed.

• Advocate for Constellation Health Services’ vision, mission, and core values.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, or a related Business field is preferred.

• Previous experience in recruitment or Human Resources is preferred, ideally within a healthcare setting.

• Outstanding oral, written, and telephone communication skills.

• Excellent written communication abilities.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Dedication to providing exceptional customer service to both applicants and employees.
