This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
β’ Oversee project activities, key milestones, follow-ups from meetings, deliverables, dependencies, and action items.
β’ Create and sustain regular project status updates, dashboards, and reports for leadership.
β’ Assist in daily Command Center reporting by gathering updates, monitoring open issues and escalations, summarizing operational impacts, and preparing daily reports for leadership.
β’ Collaborate across departments to identify and address issues; perform root cause analysis and convert findings into actionable recommendations.
β’ Utilize Monday.com, Power BI, SQL, and other project management and analytical tools for planning, execution, monitoring, reporting, and analysis.
β’ Design, produce, and maintain dashboards for KPIs and metrics.
β’ Provide management with reports on KPIs, progress towards readiness, operational trends, risks, and resolutions of issues.
β’ Carry out data-driven analysis of performance trends and support the implementation of improvements.
β’ Assist in process mapping, documentation of workflows, and enhancements of process controls.
β’ Communicate updates regarding status, escalate issues as necessary, and facilitate collaborative problem-solving with stakeholders.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or Public Health.
β’ 2-4 years of experience in program coordination, project coordination, project management, status reporting, business analysis, performance management, and healthcare operations.
β’ Required experience in health plans and operational knowledge of Medicare/CMS.
β’ Familiarity with analytical and project management platforms; strong preference for proficiency in Monday.com.
β’ Expertise in creating dashboards, tracking KPIs, and using trend analysis tools.
β’ Experience with managing issues, incidents, and defects.
β’ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the capability to handle multiple priorities.
β’ Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
β’ Openness to learning and applying new technologies.
β’ Remote candidates must reside in PST-zone states: California, Nevada, Texas, New Mexico, or Arizona.
