This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, test, troubleshoot, implement, and document software programs.

• Support modifications of company products and internal/customer systems to fulfill client and end-user requirements.

• Collect system data, evaluate program and time needs, and create documentation for modifications.

• Investigate and assess existing systems and program requirements with periodic guidance.

• Design software for new projects or enhancements to current programs.

• Draft specifications for programs with low to moderate complexity.

• Aid in resolving production support issues and propose alternative solutions.

• Create test plans to validate new or revised program logic and identify potential issues.

• Produce program code and associated technical documentation.

• Perform quality assurance tasks such as peer reviews.

• Explore industry technical trends and advancements to keep skills and knowledge current.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience with Medicaid/MMIS systems, especially in eligibility processes and workflows.

• More than 3 years of experience with Oracle Database and SQL proficiency for data analysis, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.

• At least 3 years of experience in Linux/Unix environments, including log analysis, batch processing, and production support.

• Capability to troubleshoot applications, interfaces, and data flows while aiding in testing and system validation.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both business and technical teams.

• Openness to working a flexible schedule to meet business requirements and willingness to travel as needed.

• Video cameras are required for all interviews and during the first week of orientation.

• Experience in healthcare or government programs is preferred.
