Healthcare Program Management, Senior II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for intricate Healthcare clients utilizing one or more offerings from the UPS portfolio.

• Execute project management tasks for both short- and medium-term initiatives.

• Advocate for clients and resolve critical issues effectively.

• Assist in compliance collaboration, risk mitigation, process enhancement, and other value-added services.

• Supervise standard operating procedures (SOPs), manage statements of work (SOWs), and facilitate operational and technical engagements.

• Organize and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.

• Generate measurable value for clients.

• Conduct internal and external meetings to foster communication.

• Gain a thorough understanding of UPS Healthcare offerings, products, and services.

• Enhance performance reliability and execution, promote customer retention and growth, and deliver a unique customer experience.

• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with customer service, operational, technical, quality, financial, and other functional teams.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.

• Competence in analyzing data and converting insights into actionable recommendations.

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of equivalent professional experience.

• Preferred background in Healthcare Logistics Distribution.

• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
