This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate care coordination activities for members across all omnichannel operations.
• Schedule appointments for members across various service lines.
• Administer assessments and conduct surveys.
• Complete quality gap closures.
• Support initiatives related to customer care.
• Provide education to members.
• Act as the primary contact for members at Arkos Health.
• Ensure positive interactions with members across all omnichannel operations.
• Explain services and secure verbal consent when scheduling members for specific call campaigns.
• Coordinate and oversee care coordination tasks in accordance with contracts with health plans and referring providers.
• Initiate timely outreach, confirm eligibility, document member interactions, and schedule members utilizing the designated company scheduling system.
• Work independently from a remote location when needed, using company-provided telephonic systems and peripherals.
• Ensure adherence to Arkos Health and HIPAA guidelines.
• Perform additional call center-related duties as assigned.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Some college education or medical certification is preferred.
• Previous experience in a call center and/or customer service is preferred.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and member care is preferred.
• Bilingual skills (Spanish-speaking) are advantageous, but not mandatory.
• Weekend availability is preferred, though not required.
• Strong technical skills with Microsoft products, particularly Excel.
• Excellent multitasking abilities, including searching for and entering information on a computer, navigating multiple windows/screens, and accurately inputting information while managing calls.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport and adjust tone, pace, and timing.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude towards problem-solving and continuous improvement aligned with team objectives.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Eligibility to work in the United States verified through E-Verify.
