This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Identify unmet needs and develop comprehensive IT ecosystems of solutions during both virtual and in-person customer engagements.
• Interact with CMIOs, CTOs, CIOs, and senior leadership teams at healthcare provider organizations.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to comprehend business requirements, technical environments, and integration necessities.
• Lead the co-development of detailed Statements of Work for digital integration projects.
• Advocate for Siemens Healthineers’ digital and IT portfolio to enhance IT capabilities, regardless of automation.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by identifying operational challenges and aligning them with customized digital solutions.
• Facilitate strategy sessions to establish digital transformation objectives and outline scalable solutions.
• Create proposals, respond to RFPs, and present intricate solutions.
• Keep precise records in CRM tools such as Salesforce and remain updated with market trends.
• Represent Siemens Healthineers at regional and national events to showcase thought leadership in diagnostics and digital health.
• Report directly to the Regional Sales Director and collaborate with Automation, Coagulation, Business Development Specialists, Account Executives, and Healthcare Consulting.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare IT, Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Diagnostics, Business, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in digital healthcare, diagnostic IT, or enterprise software sales in a consultative role.
• Knowledge of clinical laboratory operations, LIS systems, and automation workflows.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Demonstrated experience in developing solution proposals and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Skilled in CRM platforms and digital selling tools.
• Willingness to travel within the designated region.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license in the state of residence.
• Should not have prior DUI/DWI convictions, pending DUI/DWI charges, or other serious moving violations unless prohibited by law.
• Must comply with applicable client Vendor Credentialing requirements, which may include valid identification, criminal background checks, drug screens, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training.
• Must be capable of working with controlled technology in compliance with US export control law.
