This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Identify gaps in services and develop comprehensive IT ecosystems of solutions during both virtual and in-person customer interactions.
• Collaborate with Chief Medical Information Officers (CMIOs), Chief Technology Officers (CTOs), Chief Information Officers (CIOs), and senior leadership teams at healthcare provider organizations.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to gain insights into business requirements, technical environments, and integration needs.
• Oversee the joint development of detailed Statements of Work (SOWs) for initiatives focused on digital integration.
• Advocate for Siemens Healthineers’ digital and IT offerings to improve IT capabilities, whether through automation or not.
• Serve as a trusted consultant by identifying operational challenges and aligning them with customized digital solutions.
• Facilitate strategy sessions to establish digital transformation objectives and outline scalable solutions.
• Create proposals, respond to requests for proposals (RFPs), and present complex solutions effectively.
• Keep precise records in CRM tools like Salesforce and monitor market trends to stay informed.
• Represent Siemens Healthineers at regional and national events to advance thought leadership in diagnostics and digital health.
• Report directly to the Regional Sales Director.
• Collaborate with Automation, Coagulation, Business Development Specialists, Account Executives, and Healthcare Consulting teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare IT, Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Diagnostics, Business, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in digital healthcare, diagnostic IT, or enterprise software sales within a consultative framework.
• Knowledge of clinical laboratory operations, Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), and automation workflows.
• Strong skills in strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication.
• Demonstrated experience in developing solution proposals and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in CRM systems and digital sales tools.
• Willingness to travel within the designated region.
• Valid driver's license in the state of residence.
• No previous DUI/DWI convictions or pending charges, or other serious moving violations, unless restricted by state or local law.
• Capability to meet client Vendor Credentialing requirements, which may involve valid ID, criminal background checks, drug screenings, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training.
• Ability to work with controlled technology in compliance with US export control laws.
