This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Create and implement secure, scalable integrations between Solventum solutions and client healthcare systems.
• Collaborate with customer IT teams, EMR vendors, and third-party providers to outline, configure, validate, and troubleshoot interfaces.
• Perform technical assessments to comprehend customer environments, infrastructure, workflows, and integration needs.
• Convert business and technical requirements into actionable implementation strategies.
• Configure Solventum solutions to meet customer-specific operational and clinical needs.
• Oversee technical validation, testing, defect investigation, issue resolution, and deployment readiness activities.
• Facilitate successful customer go-lives and operational transitions.
• Act as a point of escalation for technical issues during and post-implementation.
• Identify issues, determine root causes, implement long-term solutions, and promote continuous improvement.
• Document and disseminate implementation knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned with support, engineering, product management, and implementation teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in implementing, integrating, supporting, or delivering healthcare technology solutions.
• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards, customer technical stakeholders, or healthcare information systems.
• Experience in deploying enterprise software solutions within healthcare settings.
• Direct experience working with customer IT teams, technical stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
• Proficiency with HL7 v2.x, FHIR, APIs, and data exchange workflows.
• Skilled in troubleshooting complex technical issues across applications, integrations, and infrastructure components.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple customer engagements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with EMR/EHR platforms such as Epic, Oracle Health (Cerner), Altera, Meditech, or similar systems.
• Knowledge of interface engines, integration platforms, SaaS deployments, cloud-hosted solutions, networking principles, or identity management concepts.
• Experience aiding in technical discovery, requirements analysis, solution configuration, testing, validation, go-live readiness, and production support.
• Ability to conduct root cause analysis, document implementation knowledge, and share lessons learned.
• Understanding of healthcare data privacy, security, and regulatory standards.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
• A Master’s degree is an additional qualification that could enhance the candidate's success.
