This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Respond to incoming inquiries regarding healthcare benefits
• Support members with Medicare enrollments, billing processes, claims, benefits, eligibility, invoicing, and related services
• Clarify details about Medicare Part D, Part C Medicare Advantage, and Dual Special Needs Program (DSNP) options
• Attend to customer needs and address inquiries, including making callbacks and follow-up calls
• Aim for one-call resolution and take necessary actions to resolve member concerns
• Navigate member plan benefits and review client policies and procedures
• Utilize client resources and various systems to deliver accurate, regulatory-compliant information
• Handle approximately 30–40 calls daily
• Multitask and employ problem-solving skills while ensuring courteous, service-oriented interactions
• At least 6 months of experience in customer service
• High school diploma, GED, or a college degree
• Completion of a customer service assessment and a computer-based typing test is required
• Attendance of 100% during mandatory paid training sessions
• Successful passing of a background check
• Home internet connection with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed
• Capability to connect the work computer to the home modem via Ethernet
• Satellite and wireless internet connections are not acceptable
• A quiet, distraction-free, and organized workspace is essential
• No unauthorized individuals, devices, animals, writing instruments, or electronic devices allowed in the workspace during work hours
• Willingness to learn and utilize 15–20 different systems
• Flexibility to work within the operating hours of 7:45 a.m.–11:00 p.m. EST Monday through Saturday, and 7:45 a.m.–8:00 p.m. EST on Sunday
• Must reside in an eligible U.S. state or municipality; hiring is not available in AK, CA, CT, HI, IL, MA, MD, MT, NJ, NY, OR, WA, Minneapolis (MN), Washington (DC), and the Denver/County of Boulder/Edgewater County (CO)
• Paid time off accrued after 180 days of employment
