This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee daily partnership operations for designated healthcare systems, academic institutions, and population health organizations.
• Build and nurture relationships with executive-level stakeholders to facilitate system launches, market growth, and new business ventures.
• Create a comprehensive understanding of partners and develop account plans based on organizational structure, economic factors, strategic goals, and workflows.
• Manage negotiations and contract execution in collaboration with senior leadership and legal teams.
• Spearhead the adoption of MCED system-level workflows, technology integrations, and provider awareness initiatives.
• Conduct executive business reviews and governance meetings; prepare relevant materials and performance evaluations.
• Identify opportunities for payer/employer access expansion and present cost-benefit analyses.
• Formulate and implement integrated account plans alongside cross-functional teams.
• Recognize opportunities for evidence generation, pilot projects, and operational enhancements.
• Create and lead launch playbooks and strategies for coordinated provider engagement.
• Utilize customer insights to inform value proposition development and pull-through initiatives.
• Keep abreast of healthcare system trends and share findings internally.
• Ensure partnership activities adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Define the strategic vision and foster growth of partnerships within assigned healthcare institutions.
• Propel the growth of Galleri within assigned accounts through negotiations, contracting, forecasting, and pull-through strategies.
• Collaborate with field teams, market access, marketing, and payer and employer partnership teams.
• Travel to GRAIL offices, client locations, or other venues for work and team activities.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in science or healthcare).
• Over 10 years of experience in health system partnerships, account management, or related healthcare roles.
• Internal candidates with at least 2 years of relevant GRAIL experience may also be considered based on demonstrated skills and capabilities aligned with the role.
• Willingness to travel at least 30% of the time.
• Preferred: 12+ years of experience in health system partnerships, account management, or related healthcare roles, with over 7 years of proven success in managing complex health system partnerships with measurable results.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration to implement product or service solutions within health systems.
• Strong analytical abilities, including forecasting and performance reporting.
• Capable of developing and delivering clear, data-driven presentations.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks governing healthcare marketing and partnership activities.
• Ability to communicate complex scientific and public health concepts clearly and credibly.
• Proven track record of meeting performance objectives in a goal-driven environment.
• Experience interacting with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders in healthcare systems.
• Solid understanding of healthcare reimbursement dynamics, delivery models, and decision-making processes within institutions.
• Experience in oncology, diagnostics, or early detection is preferred.
• Capability to work from an approved city and state within the United States.
• Ability to handle dry ice and potentially hazardous materials, blood specimens, instruments with moving parts, heating or freezing elements, and high-speed centrifugation.
• Capacity to stand or sit for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
