This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and execute partner Account Executive engagement strategies, organize partner events, training sessions, and manage 1:1 relationships to enhance ASO segment growth.
• Cultivate a network of sales champions within the partner ecosystem.
• Drive the attainment of inbound pipeline in collaboration with partner account executives at health plans, PBMs, and TPAs.
• Ensure Color is prominently featured in client annual business reviews.
• Oversee deal progression and coordinate next steps with Color RVPs.
• Monitor and update open opportunities in Salesforce.
• Create training curricula and enablement materials for AEs and consultants, including playbooks, ABR resources, objection handling guides, and FAQs.
• Conduct partner sales training sessions and onboarding programs.
• Assist with partner events and conferences to strengthen relationships and foster downstream pipeline growth.
• Manage pre-event communication and follow-up on pipeline after events.
• Establish a consistent operating rhythm for designated health plan partnerships.
• Schedule recurring meetings, distribute agendas, and ensure stakeholders follow through on action items.
• Own partnership strategies, define key milestones, assign responsibilities, track progress, and identify potential risks.
• Maintain partnership documentation and dashboards as the definitive internal resource.
• Collaborate with marketing on approved partner materials, member communications, pre-sale content, and market-facing documents.
• Work closely with the Health Plan Partnership Director and Color sales and account management teams to expand partnership revenue.
• Background in digital health and/or healthcare consulting.
• Knowledge of the payer landscape and partnerships with health plans, PBMs, and TPAs.
• Proven experience in a quota-carrying or pipeline-owning sales, partnerships, or business development position.
• Successful track record of building relationships with partner sales representatives or account executives to drive pipeline growth.
• Proficient in managing pipeline generation, target achievement, or channel revenue expansion.
• Experience in designing or delivering sales enablement content and conducting live training sessions with an external sales force.
• Proficient in Salesforce (SFDC) with hands-on experience.
• Able to operate effectively across operational and commercial workstreams.
• Excellent communication skills with external partners and internal stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to partner events approximately 2–3 times per quarter.
• Unrestricted eligibility to work in the United States for any employer.
• Specific experience working with health plans, PBMs, or TPAs.
• Proven record of owning quota, pipeline, or commercial reporting responsibilities in partnerships or account management.
• Practical experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems, including maintaining pipeline/data integrity and reporting.
