This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Supervise and coordinate chart retrieval efforts utilizing a variety of methods and initiatives.
• Manage and assess performance metrics and dashboards to generate actionable insights and enhancements in record retrieval processes.
• Establish AI-driven monitoring of program-wide KPIs for routine operational updates and leadership reporting.
• Assist in the establishment and/or expansion of Electronic Health Record (EHR) access.
• Enhance Devoted’s capacity to request provider records.
• Implement strategies to identify and resolve discrepancies in record retrieval initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and/or refine processes.
• Support and enhance Devoted’s operational capabilities for obtaining provider attestations.
• Standardize and document all operational processes.
• Act as a primary liaison between the External Audit Program and internal departments such as Clinical Data Acquisition and Network to facilitate data exchange.
• Oversee the comprehensive management of the External Audit Program lifecycle.
• Demonstrated experience in healthcare operations management, particularly in audit preparation and medical record retrieval.
• Strong analytical abilities and capacity to interpret complex regulatory requirements and audit standards.
• Experience in managing performance metrics and dashboards to assess process effectiveness and promote continuous improvement.
• Experience in evaluating operations for potential automation opportunities and efficiency enhancements.
• Effective project management skills with experience in managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in various EHR systems and healthcare data management platforms.
• High level of comfort in extracting and analyzing data using spreadsheets.
• Experience or willingness to utilize database query tools.
• Initiative-driven with a strong problem-solving attitude and adaptability to changing situations and requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Familiarity with CMS regulations, Medicare Advantage, and RADV audit processes is advantageous.
