Health Education Program Service Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Oversee and execute professional continuing education initiatives that align with the Ready for Life NC preconception health campaign.

• Manage professional continuing education offerings, which encompass live webinars, in-person regional workshops, and enduring content modules, in partnership with external collaborators.

• Investigate and formulate program topics while identifying potential expert speakers from North Carolina.

• Create targeted marketing approaches for professional education initiatives.

• Assist in the planning and execution of a biennial statewide preconception health conference.

• Collaborate with team members on ongoing and emerging programmatic initiatives.

• Act as a preconception health subject matter expert and represent the March of Dimes Ready for Life NC program as required.

• Participate in relevant national and state March of Dimes meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent level of experience.

• Understanding of health education and promotion principles and theories.

• Practical knowledge of reproductive and maternal health.

• Proficient in building partnerships and establishing trust with diverse communities and organizations serving the community.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• Master’s degree in public health is preferred.

• Willingness to attend relevant national and state March of Dimes meetings.
