Health Care Quality Management Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement a comprehensive quality management strategy across all products that aligns with both internal and external stakeholder expectations for quality outcomes.

• Integrate quality management initiatives with business objectives through innovation, collaboration, and effective information sharing.

• Engage in the creation and execution of Quality Management work plans and related activities.

• Meet daily operational goals for the Health Care Quality Management department.

• Support various Quality Management projects and initiatives.

• Transform data analysis findings into actionable business insights and communicate departmental conclusions effectively.

• Maintain documentation of Quality Management activities to ensure compliance with business, regulatory, and accreditation standards.

• Provide recommendations for corrective actions concerning credentialing incidents and potential quality issues based on clinical evaluations.

• Conduct both quantitative and qualitative analyses of data to meet operational objectives.

• Create Quality Management documents that comply with business requirements.

• Disseminate business information to both internal and external stakeholders and offer consultative support for emerging issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the healthcare sector or quality management.

• Proficient in computer applications, particularly MS Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat.

• Excellent communication abilities, especially when interacting with external clients, primarily delegates from partner entities.

• Experience in auditing is preferred.

• Credentialing experience is advantageous.

• Familiarity with NCQA standards is preferred.
