Headhunter – Recruitment and Selection

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Sourcing candidates and conducting outreach

• Screening and analyzing resumes

• Conducting interviews and assessing candidates

• Engaging in professional talent sourcing (headhunting)

• Overseeing the recruitment process through candidate referrals

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in Recruitment and Selection

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational abilities and autonomy for freelance work

• Familiarity with the job market in Uberaba and its surrounding areas is an advantage

• A high school diploma is required
