📋 Description

• Sourcing candidates and conducting outreach efforts

• Screening and analyzing resumes

• Conducting interviews and assessing candidate profiles

• Engaging in talent acquisition

• Overseeing the recruitment process via candidate referrals

• Proven experience in recruitment and selection processes

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Strong organizational skills and self-management for freelance projects

• Familiarity with the Uberaba labor market and its surroundings is advantageous

• Completion of high school education
