Head of Revenue Technology – Architecture

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Take responsibility for the strategy and execution of systems, workflows, and processes that support Sales, Partnerships, and Account Management.

• Convert business challenges into quickly delivered technical solutions.

• Redesign the revenue stack with an AI-first approach through automation, scoring, and agent-driven workflows.

• Leverage AI in developing revenue systems.

• Collaborate with the team to design and construct solutions hands-on.

• Bridge the gap between business goals and technical architecture.

• Lead and develop a team of admins, engineers, and architects.

• Provide value despite imperfect foundations while enhancing them over time.

• Cultivate stakeholder and partner relationships, foster consensus, and drive impactful results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience in revenue systems, GTM systems, or revenue architecture within a B2B setting.

• Preferably, experience within a revenue organization comprising 250+ sales professionals.

• At least 5 years of team management experience.

• Background in a product-led company with a sales or revenue strategy layered atop.

• Proven track record of addressing business problems from inception to completion: gathering data, designing, implementing, and delivering swiftly.

• Practical experience in integrating AI into GTM systems.

• Proficiency in Salesforce is advantageous.

• Experience as a product manager, systems builder, or operator with self-taught technical expertise is appreciated.

• Demonstrated leadership in managing significant changes in team workflows.

• Strong conviction paired with excellent communication skills.

• Ability to influence senior leaders while remaining engaged with the work.
