This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, enhance, and expand the operational, data, and technological framework across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Partnerships.
• Convert systems, billing structures, reporting, and go-to-market strategy into a high-efficiency growth mechanism.
• Oversee a Revenue Operations team with 2 direct reports.
• Take charge of the design and implementation of the RevTech stack, including HubSpot and Chargebee.
• Manage lead management, funnel enhancement, enablement and onboarding, as well as AI integration.
• Oversee and improve revenue systems, billing frameworks, and innovations in AI.
• Create automation workflows across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Partnerships.
• Implement AI tools and knowledge systems to optimize operations.
• Manage new-hire ramp time and develop onboarding, coaching, and exception-based reporting workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership on compensation structures and team placements to enhance pipeline productivity.
• Identify pipeline leaks and conversion bottlenecks across various channels.
• Develop executive dashboards, forecasting models, and predictive analytics.
• Establish data capture, structure, governance, CRM cleanliness, billing precision, reporting integrity, and system interoperability.
• Lead, recruit, and mentor 2 direct reports.
• Work alongside Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and Executive Leadership on product-led growth, upgrade paths, monetization, and go-to-market infrastructure.
• Report directly to executive leadership.
• 5–8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Systems, or Revenue Enablement, with demonstrated experience leading teams or significant strategic initiatives.
• Extensive expertise in configuring and managing HubSpot.
• Strong experience with billing/subscription management platforms (Chargebee or similar) and operational architecture.
• Proven hands-on experience implementing modern automation tools.
• Proactive experience in deploying AI solutions, including AI-driven knowledge or enablement systems.
• Experience managing, measuring, or influencing new-hire ramp time and onboarding outcomes as key operational metrics.
• Strong analytical skills with direct experience in querying raw data, building forecasting models, and designing executive-level dashboards.
• Familiarity with SQL, BI tools, or advanced analytics platforms.
• A proven history of evaluating, consolidating, or replacing major go-to-market and business software platforms.
• Completion of the Wonderlic Assessment is required before the end of the process.
• Must be eligible to work in the US and meet location requirements.
• Nice to have: direct experience with Chargebee, subscription management, and revenue recognition workflows.
• Nice to have: experience in supporting product-led growth motions, automated upgrade paths, and expansion loops.
• Nice to have: experience in scaling Revenue Operations within a rapidly growing SaaS technology company.
• Nice to have: multi-segment go-to-market experience across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise.
