This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Establish the strategic vision and develop programs that empower sales and customer success teams.
• Build, lead, and nurture the Revenue Operations team, encompassing Salesforce administration, system management, and analytics capabilities.
• Streamline Sales and Customer Success enablement processes, enhance usability, and implement data governance on a large scale.
• Take ownership of the revenue technology roadmap and CRM strategy.
• Identify data and procedural gaps that impact customer engagement and create self-service solutions in collaboration with executive partners.
• Provide counsel to the CRO and revenue leadership team regarding insights on field organization, process enhancements, and change management initiatives.
• Foster alignment around growth playbooks, forecasting, pipeline management, and go-to-market strategies.
• Create operational rhythms, business reviews, forecasting schedules, and performance reports for the executive team.
• Define and oversee content utilization across various customer engagement channels and personas throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Revenue Strategy to design and implement sales enablement playbooks.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or business operations.
• At least 3 years of experience in leading and scaling teams.
• Proven success in establishing and managing a Revenue Operations function within a high-growth company, particularly during substantial scaling (e.g., from $10M to $100M+ ARR).
• Extensive expertise in Salesforce, including designing CRM workflows, integrations, and governance frameworks within a complex revenue technology ecosystem.
• Executive presence with a demonstrated capability to influence and align C-level stakeholders, board members, and cross-functional leaders.
• Strong analytical skills with experience managing forecasting, pipeline analytics, and revenue reporting.
• Proficient in G Suite/Microsoft Office 365.
• Familiarity with Salesloft, Asana, and/or HubSpot is advantageous.
• A strategic thinker who effectively balances long-term vision with practical execution and is adept at navigating ambiguity.
• Interest and/or experience in the healthcare sector or healthcare technology is a plus.
