This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Keep revenue enablement aligned with ActivTrak’s latest offerings, category changes, and competitive landscape.
• Lead the transition from product- and feature-focused pitches to solutions- and outcomes-oriented enterprise selling.
• Reframe training materials, content, and coaching to address customer challenges and solutions.
• Empower the Enterprise Revenue team to manage larger opportunities that involve complex deal cycles and multiple stakeholders.
• Assist in framing business cases and ROI while navigating procurement and security assessments.
• Oversee and maintain enablement systems and investigate AI-assisted methods to keep content updated.
• Take full ownership of Sales and Customer Success onboarding processes.
• Develop ramp-up programs and monitor time-to-productivity metrics.
• Conduct 1:1, group, and AI-assisted coaching for call and deal reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success leadership to identify skill gaps and create targeted training programs.
• Work together with Product Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to convert positioning, product launches, and product knowledge into effective enablement.
• Represent enablement in go-to-market strategies for significant launches and category transitions.
• Monitor ramp times, content utilization, and completion rates.
• Connect enablement investments to key performance indicators such as win rates, sales cycle speed, quota achievement, and revenue results.
• 5+ years of experience in revenue/sales enablement, sales training, or a combined enablement/product marketing role.
• Proven history of influencing enablement strategy rather than merely executing a pre-defined plan.
• Hands-on experience utilizing AI tools to create, customize, or scale content and coaching initiatives.
• Background in transitioning enablement from static or scheduled programs to continuous, workflow-integrated learning.
• Experience in owning or significantly impacting decisions related to the enablement tech stack, including LMS, content management, conversation intelligence, and AI coaching tools.
• Experience managing relationships with vendors.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving market categories.
• Ideally, experience with a company transitioning towards an enterprise, solutions- and outcomes-focused approach.
• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration and influence.
• Ability to think strategically while executing hands-on tasks, including creating battlecards, facilitating coaching sessions, and delivering content.
