Head of Retail Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and enhance relationships with essential retail partners, including buyers and merchants.

• Direct retail sales strategy involving product assortment, distribution, promotions, and account growth.

• Manage retail revenue, sell-in, sell-through, and performance at the account level.

• Collaborate with Operations and Finance on forecasting, inventory management, replenishment, and promotional strategies.

• Identify and pursue new retail opportunities, accounts, and avenues for distribution expansion.

• Work collaboratively with Marketing, Creative, and Operations to ensure successful retail launches and sustained growth.

• Act as the main point of contact for key partners.

• Foster strong sell-in, sell-through, and account performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–6+ years of experience in retail sales, key account management, or wholesale within a consumer brand.

• Demonstrated ability to manage and expand national retail accounts.

• Direct experience with major retailers such as GNC, The Vitamin Shoppe, Walmart, Target, CVS, Walgreens, or similar.

• In-depth understanding of retail sales, forecasting, inventory, promotions, and sell-through processes.

• Exceptional skills in relationship management, negotiation, and communication.

• Highly analytical and organized.

• Comfortable working independently in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
