Head of Region South – Healthcare Staffing Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide operational leadership across regional centers.

• Guide and mentor Regional Center Managers in close collaboration with House of Healthcare management.

• Take responsibility for revenue, costs, and profit targets while ensuring effective operational execution.

• Develop and implement consistent processes and standards in Sales, Recruiting, and Compliance.

• Recognize regional specifics and formulate strategies and growth initiatives accordingly.

• Oversee cross-location capacity planning, pinpoint bottlenecks, and devise solutions alongside central functions.

• Continuously enhance quality, efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

• Serve as the primary point of contact, assuming moderation and decision-making responsibilities for all regional centers.

• Strong leadership qualities coupled with significant operational and commercial insight.

• Proven experience in managing multiple locations.

• Background in developing leaders and working collaboratively with regional management teams.

• Expertise in Operational Excellence and in creating and embedding standardized processes and quality benchmarks.

• Robust understanding of budget planning, cost control, margin management, and KPI-driven management.

• Commercial and operational management skills emphasizing growth, quality, and profitability.

• Proficiency in change management and implementing processes and systems across various locations.

• Excellent communication skills and a commanding presence.

• Willingness to travel frequently.
