Head of Product Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the positioning and messaging for the Noma platform, encompassing the overall category narrative down to specific feature-level proof points.

• Build and lead the product marketing team, which includes responsibilities for hiring, structuring, and overseeing products.

• Manage product launches from start to finish, including tiering, timeline management, and post-launch evaluation.

• Identify target segments and develop detailed buyer personas.

• Keep competitive intelligence up-to-date and accessible for field use.

• Collaborate with Sales to create enablement resources and assets for mid- and bottom-funnel strategies.

• Work alongside Product to translate customer and market insights into actionable roadmap contributions.

• Coordinate with Demand Generation to ensure campaign messaging and content convey a consistent narrative across all channels.

• Present a strategic plan and perspective to the SVP of Marketing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in product marketing, with a proven track record in cybersecurity, infrastructure, or AI.

• Proven experience in managing a product marketing team.

• Background in startups that have experienced rapid growth, with a clear account of your personal contributions during that phase.

• A well-defined and defendable launch model that you can articulate.

• Strong opinions on the organization of product marketing, ownership of competitive analysis, and structuring of launches.

• A genuine appreciation for sales and a proactive approach to resolving field issues rather than escalating them.

• Sufficient knowledge of AI and security concepts to engage effectively in customer discussions.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment, arriving with solutions and recommendations rather than just presenting problems.
