This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Craft distinct and clear messaging and positioning for ArcSite’s primary product, essential features, and new capabilities for both self-serve and sales-assisted audiences.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Engineering teams to strategize and implement go-to-market launches, encompassing positioning, messaging, launch plans, customer communications, and success metrics.
• Develop battlecards, pitch decks, FAQs, competitive analysis materials, and various sales enablement resources.
• Create messaging and marketing initiatives to foster self-serve and PLG growth, enhance user adoption, and drive conversion.
• Gain insights into ideal customer profiles (ICPs), buyer personas, workflows, challenges, and purchasing journeys within contractor and specialty-trade markets.
• Collect customer insights, analyze market trends, and pinpoint opportunities to enhance positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate on pricing and packaging strategies utilizing customer, product, and market data.
• Provide Product teams with customer, market, competitive, and win/loss insights to inform prioritization and product decisions.
• Design beta and launch programs, messaging, and supporting materials to encourage the adoption of new features.
• Monitor launch performance, product adoption, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs); continually refine the go-to-market strategy.
• Relay customer, Sales, and market research insights back to Product and Marketing to enhance product offerings and go-to-market execution.
• 4–6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing or a related product-centric marketing role.
• Proven track record in developing product messaging, positioning, go-to-market strategies, and sales enablement resources.
• Demonstrated capability to independently manage projects and lead cross-functional initiatives from conception through execution.
• Strong skills in customer and market research, with the ability to translate qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable recommendations.
• Exceptional writing, storytelling, presentation, and communication abilities.
• Experience collaborating closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
• Knowledge of both self-serve/PLG and sales-assisted go-to-market strategies, or the capacity to swiftly learn and adapt messaging across various buyer journeys.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a knack for using data to guide marketing and go-to-market decisions.
• Background in construction technology, home services, field service, or vertical SaaS (preferred).
• Experience in supporting pricing and packaging strategies (preferred).
• Familiarity with developing or managing beta programs (preferred).
• Knowledge of conducting competitive research, customer interviews, win/loss analysis, or market research (preferred).
• Experience working with enterprise sales teams and navigating complex B2B purchasing processes (preferred).
• Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, competitive intelligence platforms, product analytics tools, and sales enablement platforms (preferred).
