This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead collaborative go-to-market initiatives alongside strategic partners.
• Create extensive communication materials and co-branded marketing collateral, such as messaging frameworks, solution briefs, and videos, to enhance pipeline growth.
• Partner in the development and management of integrated marketing strategies and plans with strategic partners to optimize revenue for Collibra.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with both internal and partner stakeholders to broaden marketing endeavors.
• Persuade individuals across a matrixed organization to gain support.
• Establish, monitor, and manage partner marketing budgets.
• Employ effective marketing techniques to execute programs economically while driving revenue, fostering relationships, and enhancing reputation.
• Complete onboarding, evaluate existing marketing strategies, meet with teams, and set strategic partner objectives within the first month.
• Review current ROI and refine joint marketing strategies within the first three months.
• Become the go-to expert on go-to-market partner activities and update or create enhanced “better together” messaging for key partners within the first six months.
• Report directly to the Director of Industry and Persona Marketing.
• 7-10 years of experience in Partner and Product marketing with major Cloud partners (e.g., Google, AWS, etc.); familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
• Proven experience in fostering relationships with alliances and marketing partners to uncover synergies and drive growth.
• Background in collaborating with cross-functional teams within a rapidly expanding SaaS organization.
• Documented success in creating integrated marketing campaigns that include both digital and traditional approaches.
• History of executing programs in a timely and cost-efficient manner to meet business objectives.
• Experience in data and data management is a plus.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience is mandatory.

• Ability to produce engaging messaging and content tailored for various buyers.
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with all organizational levels and inspire action.
• Capability to establish, manage, and fulfill strategic marketing goals across global, multi-functional teams.
• Experience in setting strategies and overseeing the execution of marketing communications and programs, including content marketing, digital, social, email, direct mail, and in-person events.
