• Lead and develop the product marketing function at Donorbox.
• Position product marketing as a crucial element for growth, conversion, and retention.
• Take ownership of positioning and messaging for various nonprofit audiences.
• Define the Product-Led Growth strategy for Donorbox.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to launch products effectively.
• Oversee, mentor, and manage one direct report (Product Marketing Manager).
• Establish clear team objectives, priorities, and performance metrics.
• Create and institutionalize scalable PMM frameworks, playbooks, and standardized launch tiers.
• Coordinate launch schedules, maintain narrative consistency, and achieve revenue targets across departments.
• Identify sales enablement needs that expedite deal cycles and enhance retention.
• Set outcome-focused KPIs for Product Marketing initiatives.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of campaigns and features to executive leadership.
• Utilize product usage data, market performance metrics, and financial KPIs to validate messaging, pricing/packaging proposals, and GTM investments.
• Manage Donorbox's central Messaging House, including value propositions and competitive differentiation across B2B2C ICPs.
• Develop GTM assets such as battlecards, objection-handling guides, pitch decks, and competitive analyses.
• Act as the main voice of the market for Product Management, influencing roadmap priorities.
• Use competitive intelligence, win/loss analysis, and customer insights to inform the product roadmap.
• Integrate behavioral data and macro-level intelligence into buyer personas, messaging strategies, and positioning frameworks.
• Oversee competitive intelligence and monitoring.
• 7+ years of advancing experience in Product Marketing leadership within SaaS, B2B, or B2B2C sectors.
• Demonstrated experience in managing PMM team members and creating scalable, standardized processes from the ground up.
• Practical experience in developing Product-Led Growth strategies for self-serve conversions, product adoption loops, and freemium/tiered growth tactics.
• Exceptional analytical skills to leverage quantitative metrics, product usage data, and KPI tracking to assess campaign performance and present business cases to leadership.
• Proven history of establishing clear performance metrics and consistently evaluating the effectiveness of product marketing results.
• Strong background in collaborating closely with Product, Sales, and CS to drive aligned commercial outcomes.
• Excellent narrative and messaging abilities across varied ICPs.
• Fully remote position available for candidates based in Canada or the United States, preferably in CT/ET time zones.
• Experience in Fintech, Philanthropy tech, Nonprofit tech, or specialized SaaS sectors.
• Familiarity with working across multi-segment/B2B2C customer bases.
• Experience in balancing product-led growth (PLG) with sales-assisted GTM for larger accounts.
• Experience working across multiple regions.
