This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take full responsibility for competitive intelligence within the Provider Data Management domain.
• Create and uphold a continuous system for monitoring market trends.
• Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly market reports that include insights and suggested actions.
• Develop an AI-driven framework to streamline reporting processes.
• Conduct interviews with customers, engage in prospect calls, and facilitate win/loss debriefs.
• Formulate and manage the pricing strategy across various products and segments.
• Model pricing scenarios for new offerings, expansions, and enterprise agreements.
• Design and implement pricing experiments.
• Enhance product packaging, bundling, feature prioritization, and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Oversee product positioning and the development of messaging frameworks.
• Create sales and marketing materials such as battlecards, one-pagers, solution briefs, case studies, pitch decks, ROI calculators, and objection-handling guides.
• Direct go-to-market initiatives for products, features, and changes in packaging.
• Compile and manage buyer persona libraries.
• Generate thought leadership content and articulate market narratives.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaign messaging and targeted demand generation.
• Act as the primary market representative in product planning and roadmap discussions.
• Co-manage product discovery through interviews, surveys, and advisory boards.
• Convert product capabilities into value propositions, adoption resources, and sales training materials.
• Maintain feedback loops among Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.
• Define and monitor product marketing KPIs.
• 5–8+ years of experience in competitive intelligence, market research, pricing strategy, or product strategy within a SaaS or technology-focused industry.
• Proven history of developing and implementing pricing models that enhance win rates, ACV, or NRR in a B2B environment.
• Strong analytical abilities; capable of independently constructing financial models, assessing usage data, and synthesizing both qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable recommendations.
• Background in healthcare SaaS, health plan operations, or provider data management.
• Established ability to influence Product, Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams without direct authority.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills suitable for senior leadership and board-level engagements.
• Experience in establishing or scaling a competitive intelligence function from the ground up, including research methodologies, tools, and reporting schedules.
• Practical experience with AI tools to expedite research workflows, including automated monitoring, LLM-powered analysis, or data aggregation pipelines.
• Understanding of usage-based or value-based pricing models, willingness-to-pay research techniques, or conjoint analysis.
