This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take ownership and enhance segment positioning and messaging tailored for HR, L&D, enterprise, and SMB audiences.
• Establish narrative architecture for new products and packaging, which includes the credit-based commercial model, Berlitz App, and Compass.
• Spearhead go-to-market strategies and execution for significant product and feature launches.
• Oversee cross-functional collaboration among marketing, sales, and product teams.
• Build, manage, and nurture the product marketing team.
• Set benchmarks for output quality and prioritization.
• Manage the global and regional sales enablement library, encompassing battlecards, presentations, and case studies.
• Direct market and competitive research efforts.
• Transform research insights into product implications, unique selling propositions (USPs), and pricing strategies.
• Conduct win/loss analysis and provide structured insights for positioning and product planning.
• Collaborate with Brand & Activation, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), Paid Performance, and Product leadership.
• Represent product marketing in CPTO-level strategic planning forums.
• Report directly to the CPTO.
• A minimum of 10 years in product marketing.
• At least 3 years of experience in leading or managing a team.
• Proven experience in building and scaling a product marketing function.
• Background in creating sales enablement frameworks.
• Experience in leading cross-functional launches at a company-wide scale.
• Exceptional executive-level writing and messaging abilities.
• Capability to translate technical and commercial complexities into buyer value.
• Experience operating at a leadership level across segments and regions within a global, matrixed organization.
• Direct partnership experience with C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills using competitive, win/loss, and customer data to guide strategic decisions.
• Experience in HR tech, L&D, language learning, or education is a plus.
• Familiarity with major commercial or platform transformations is advantageous.
• In-depth knowledge of ABM and demand generation strategies is beneficial.
• Experience with a global-local model across multiple regions is advantageous.
