Head of Product Growth, Referrals & Viral Loops

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Drive viral growth as the Head of Product Growth at AIOS.

• Take charge of our referral program and evolve it into a genuine viral growth engine.

• Lead a team comprising engineers and designers, collaborating closely with the CEO.

• Deliver daily, conduct aggressive testing, and leverage AI tools for rapid iteration.

• Broaden initiatives across all product areas that can stimulate viral growth: referrals, invite loops, UGC, social sharing, gifting, freemium, and innovative concepts.

• Operate with a high degree of autonomy, taking the lead in Product Growth if you excel.

• Partner with the CEO, VP of Growth, Head of Product, and VP of Engineering to enhance growth metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product growth within high-growth D2C companies, with demonstrable ownership of referrals and viral loops, or you've founded a viral social application and built it from the ground up.

• Extremely focused on your metrics and analytical frameworks.

• Proactive in designing experiments with a clear method for generating and prioritizing ideas.

• Deep understanding of consumer loops and view distribution as a product challenge.

• Familiar with design principles and wireframing to collaborate effectively with design teams.

• Technically savvy enough that coding does not pose a challenge.

• Exceptional at guiding products from ideation through prioritization to launch and success.

• Strong appreciation for consumer products.
