This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +3 more countries.
• Take ownership of the experience across shared surfaces and services among applications.
• Oversee shared components in collaboration with the Lead Designer.
• Manage external platform integrations.
• Handle regulatory and compliance responsibilities as part of product requirements.
• Convert platform strategy and commercial priorities into a prioritized roadmap.
• Advise on what to build, defer, or retire and create investment cases.
• Ensure timely delivery that meets the required quality standards.
• Partner with engineering and design leadership from the idea phase through to release.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer success, finance, and legal teams to ensure launches are comprehensible, marketable, supportable, and compliant.
• Prioritize shared capabilities ahead of dependent tasks and identify conflicts across applications.
• Establish relationships with clients, integration partners, and internal teams to grasp pain points and opportunities.
• Base product decisions on client insights, usage data, and market evidence.
• Elevate discovery and validation standards.
• Define expected outcomes and be accountable for the value delivered.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities using usage and adoption data.
• Represent the platform in senior-level conversations with clients, prospects, partners, and external stakeholders.
• Manage and mentor product managers.
• Set expectations, offer feedback, and address performance challenges.
• Promote AI adoption where it yields the best results.
• At least eight years of experience in product management.
• Demonstrated success in driving growth and commercial outcomes through product teams, particularly via product-led growth strategies.
• Proven expertise in owning platform, integration, or API products within B2B SaaS, with external developers or partners as users.
• History of establishing and maintaining shared standards across teams outside of your immediate reporting structure.
• Technical proficiency in integrations, data flows, and data products.
• Experience in developing products within a regulated environment where compliance dictates capabilities.
• Minimum of five years in leadership roles, including managing globally distributed teams across various countries and time zones.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong strategic thinking, systems thinking, technical fluency, delivery leadership, people development, influencing ability, and commercial judgment.
• Possess grit and determination, curiosity, strategic and hands-on leadership qualities, along with a warm, open, honest, and collaborative demeanor.
